How to submit results?

Please click on the link above to submit your virtual results. Please be honest in submitting your times/distances.

Instructions for the various challenges are below

  • The Runner Awakens Challenge
    • You will run one 5K per week for four consecutive weeks.
    • Please submit your results once per week.
    • The results you will submit will include 5K #1, 5K #2, 5K #3, and 5K #4.
  • The Return of the Runner Challenge
    • You will run one 10K per week for four consecutive weeks
    • Please submit your results once per week.
    • The results you will submit will include 10K #1, 10K #2, 10K #3, and 10K #4.
  • The Runner Strikes Back Challenge
    • You will run two 5K's, and two 10K's. You will do one event per week over 4 consecutive weeks.
    • You can run them in any order you would like but we recommend running a 5K the first week, a 10K the second week, a 5K the third week, and a 10K the fourth week.
    • Please submit your results once per week.
    • The results you will submit will include 5K #1, 5K #2, 10K #1, and 10K #2.
  • The Attack of the Runner Challenge
    • You will run two 5K's, one 10K, and one half marathon. You will do one event per week over 4 consecutive weeks.
    • You can run them in any order you would like but we recommend running a 5K the first week, a 10K the second week, a 5K the third week, and a half marathon the fourth week.
    • Please submit your results once per week.
    • The results you will submit will include 5K #1, 5K #2, 10K #1, and Half Marathon #1.
  • The Phantom Runner Challenge
    • You will run or walk a total of 100 miles over 4 weeks.
    • Please submit each run or walk until you hit the 100 miles.
    • When submitting results make sure to select the Phantom Runner Challenge (It will ask you how many miles you completed for that run or walk.)

How to measure your run/walk:

  • GPS watch (ie Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Watch, etc)
  • A free gps app like Strava
  • Map out your run in advance on a site like PlotARoute.
