Run Solo 2020: 4 Week Running Challenges

The Run Solo Series was created in response to covid-19. Although we are race directors and love creating actual in person races we recognize this is not currently a reality with the necessary safety measures in place. The purpose of this series is to give runners something to look forward to while raising much needed funding for running stores, clubs, and school teams. And to help our company stay alive.

You can start your 4-week challenge whenever you would like and once you have started you will have 4 weeks to finish.

The Run Solo Project consists of 4-week virtual challenges where you complete one "race" a week for 4 weeks OR complete 100 miles over 4 weeks.

We have several challenges you can choose from in each 4-week series (see below).

Running stores create and nurture vibrant running communities. In many cities they are the glue that holds running communties together. In addition to keeping runners healthy through proper shoes and gear, they also support local running clubs, races, and schools. Everyone should support their local running stores.
Cross Country and Track Teams in many states rely on fundraising to compete. Costs may include team uniforms, transportation, meet entry fees, etc. Cross Country and Track introduce hundreds of thousands of athletes to the world of running at a young age.
Running Clubs and Youth Track Clubs are an integral part of our running community. Youth track and cross country clubs introduce kids to running in a fun and safe environment. Adult running clubs motivate and help adults stay fit through running. They nurture friendships, educate runners, and provide positive training environments.
